Election:

My opinion, is that Barack Obama is the best choice for president. I think that Joe Biden is kind of creepy, but he would be a pretty good VP. Sarah Palin is scary, with her red suits, and her creepy, creepy eyes, and her chipmunk cheeks. Her voice makes my skin crawl and her ideas are terrible, did you hear her Joe Mama joke? It was a ridiculous atempt at relating to the "Young Folks". Tina Fey would make a better vice president then Sarah Palin. John McCain is not ready to run this country, they are always saying that Obama has no executive experience, but neither does McCain! McCain's campaign adds are very uninformative of his plans, instead they just bash Obama's past desicions. I really think that Barack Obama is smart, his ideas are good, and he relates to everyone. He is a really good speaker which I feel is important to be the president because you will need to address the public.

The Ring (reveiw)

This weekend I was at a friend's house and we were going through movies that she had, we came accross The Ring, we had never seen it before so we decided to watch it. It was boring, and I was paying attention, but my mind kept wondering off to other things, like when I saw her watch the video that someone had given her I kept thinking, "What the heck is going on?" and "Okay what is this I really don't understand". Throughout the whole movie I was so bored, I literally fell asleep. Half the movie was the main charecter talking to a bunch of grandparent aged people. It didn't get scary until the last ten minutes. I couldn't beleive that I had spent two hours of my life watching that. There were a few highlights where I got a chance to laugh, like the part where she falls down a well, know I know most people don't find that funny but the circumstances showed that most people are wrong. COLORS!

COLORS!
I really like colors, they are so... colorful.. and awesome, without colors the world would be so plain, i can't even imagine how the world would look without COLORS! =]

Haloween, a poem

Children laughing walking across the street
I pull my jacket close
looking at the frigthening decorations, I hesitate
I am five years old
my princess wand clutched between my trembling fingers
my knees knock together and I feel tears stream down my face
I walk up the steps and slowly extend my hand to the bowl of candy
Suddenly I hear the roar of a chainsaw
I scream and rush down the steps and come tumbling down at the bottom
I bury my head in my hands
I see a man, tall and bulky, wearing a hockey mask and yelling at me
he lifts the chainsaw into the air, then SLASH!
I scream, cold metal on my arm
laughter
I peer up
People
Laughing
Laughing at me

So this actually happened to me when I was five, and it was really scary, the chainsaw had no chains and it was like harmless, and I actually knew the people, but they always had a really scary haunted house so me and my friends would always try to go up to it without getting scared

I decided to write a poem about October

October
A crisp breeze chills my cheeks
As I walk over the auburn and burgandy leaves they crunch under my feet
I look up at the blue sky to see the sun shining through clouds of the looming winter
The trees slowly loosing their cover, revealing their true selves
Sitting and watching as the orange darkening sky turns to black
Autumn nights bring cider, hot cocoa, and curling up by the fire
I smile as I think of the holiday season, and the joy that is to come

Halloween:

Everyone seems to be writing blogs about halloween, so I decided I would too. Some people think that halloween is only for little kids, but I know people who were seniors last year who went trick or treating! I think as long as you are in a costume, and just out to have fun and celabrate a holiday (I don't really know what its about, but if some one knows please tell me) and hey, you go out and get free candy. As for the costumes, who doesn't love to dress up like a idiot? Who doesn't think that dressing up is even slightly fun? I mean come on, its the one night when you don't have to be yourself and you can just be crazy and completly different. So I deffinatly think that halloween is something that should be able to be celabrated by everyone. Although, if your a creepy old man, you should probably refrain from the trick or treating.

Cupcake or Muffin?

I personally like cupcakes! But muffins are good too. Are you pro-muffin? Or pro-cupcake.

Eagle Eye

Eagle Eye was really good, but a little hard to follow. It might just be me, but it was hard to understand it, because of how fast paced it was. I was confused as to who his brother was and who had died, and it was all really weird. But after my friend explained it to me, I really liked it. My friend kept screaming in my ear which proably made it a little more humorous for me. So if you get scared easily its NOT a good movie to see, Its like half horror movie, and half adventure and suspense movie. I would recomend seeing it but thats just my opinion.
